Soak the sponge in a bowl of warm water to soften and expand (5-10 Minutes). Then under warm running water, squeeze the sponge between 2 flattened hands (this minimises damage to the sponge's delicate fibres) to remove excess water. Repeat this a few times. I like to use a cleanser during this process to make sure the sponge is extra clean before use. - Now, it is ready to go.

Once the sponge has been rehydrated, use a gentle circular motion to massage the sponge over your face. For a deeper clean, I like to use it in conjunction with a cleanser – but this is not essential – everyone's skin is unique.
Once finished, always rinse your sponge well. Squeeze out excess water between your hands in a slow clapping method. Squeezing out excess water and allowing it to hang in a well-ventilated area to dry.
Remember always stop using if skin irritation occurs.
